OuterSkin 03

The fourth Unreleased page of outerskin which was only an outline for a few months.
Just because I decided to finally finish this page doesn't mean that I'll start making new pages any time soon.
I just thought you guys would like to see the page that has been on my hard drive for ages. The style is a bit different from the other ones since I kinda didn't have references like I did with the others. if I do make more pages I'll definitely put more time into it so that the illustrated style looks much better
